Depends on what they've asked for and our budget.
This year we've been able to spend a bit more. We've spent close to $800 on our 3 kids. Two of their birthdays are close to Christmas so I just took gifts from each and wrapped as birthday.

It depends first on finances and second on what they want.  Usually $50 to $100 on birthdays.  Christmas has been anywhere from $100 to 400, depending on what we had to spend.  We just returned from Florida, so Christmas is going to be on the lighter side this year.

Depends on what exactly we're buying. Could be one big thing with a few little things,or a lot of little things.

My Childs birthdays are in Oct Nov and Dec and mine is also Dec so this time of years gets crazy expensive.

For birthdays $50, nothing for Christmas.
For Eids, about $50 too.

My daughters birthday is the 27th and we have to turn right around and buy Christmas right after. For her birthday we bought her a lot of little things so for Christmas we're getting one big item and a few other toys
