1 mom liked this

The only way to effectively lose weight and keep it off is through diet change, strength and cardio workouts at least 45 minutes, 3-5 days a week.

”Nonsense wakes up the brain cells. And it helps develop a sense of humor, which is awfully important in this day and age.” - Dr. Seuss.

Back in the day, yes. But since they took ephedra off the market none of those weight loss pills will do any good anymore.

A looonnng time ago. Wasn't a magic formula. In the best shape of my life and it's simply because of diet and exercise. I could have saved a lot of time and money if I faced the fact that its really the only way to not only get but MAINTAIN the results. Losing is easy, keeping it off is the hard part.

It's a diet supplement but kind of expensive .. 70 bucks for 30 pills but it does work. I went off it for almost a month and didn't gain the weight back. U can get it on amazon

I take one HydroxyCut  Max pill in the monring, not for diet, but it helps with my flaky brain syndrome.

The recommended amount is 2 pills before each meal, I could not handle that.

I never tried it, though I have considered it, bit more as a supplement to eating right and exercising than just to loose weight. If you use stuff like that as a supplement your more likely to keep the weight off because you're making a lifestyle change by exercising and eating healthy. The supplement will just give you a boost, if it works that is.
