I bought a 16lb Turkey and it's still sitting in my fridge. I guess Google will tell me how to cook it. It can't be that hard, right?! lolololol

We will also have mashed potatoes, gravy, deviled eggs, and veggies. I bought a pumpkin cheesecake streusel pie and I'm eating it for breakfast. :)

Sounds a lot fancier than what I've got going on! I have to google an egg recipe. I am only making them because DD wanted to help me cook something and everything else kind of cooks itself. She will also help stir the potatoes, I guess.

Thanks, but it isn't that fancy.  LOL  It's just DH, me, and 2 very young children this year.  So I decided to skip a big turkey and do a fancier little chicken.  Then 2 traditional dishes with the potatoes and casserole.  We don't normally do dessert so I figured a couple options would thrill the kids, and the pie and brownies I can send in lunches to get rid of pretty quick.  The rest is par the course for our usual dining habits.  Salads, fruits in season, etc.

I told DH "I'll just add bacon to stuff.  That'll kick it up a notch."  LOL  So far, it's working!
