Lower the heat-or this old trick...roast it BREAST side down. There is a recipe on allrecipes for this-I flip mine right side up for the last 30 minutes to let breast skin darken.

do you have a lid? can you borrow foil from a neighbor? you can try lowering the heat a bit and basting it very frequently
I never use foil and have never had a problem. I just baste the turkey every 30 minutes. Mine is never dry - however I do brine it. I roast mine at 325, and roast it breast side down for 1 hour then flip it and continue to roast it the rest of the way. Only thing I have ever had to cover with foil is the tips of the wings.
I'd probably do it and just baste it way more frequently. I don't cook Turkey though , mil does the turkey.
