My ex husband was denied a cs modification by the courts. The reason was because he hasn't paid any of the $23, 000 for the past year. He lied about being unemployed in feb 2012 which he was not he was on medical leave from his work.

Welll....in my case they just keep slapping on arrears and fees and interest. ...but it doesn't matter because he doesn't pay the shit anyway lol!!! But no they will ask me if I want to forgive him any of it...it is so weird for the judge to put me on the spot like that! I have always forgiven his nonpayment in the past but I'm not going to any more.
