Who else is using the 4 something's as a guideline for getting Christmas presents for your children this year?
The 4 something's for those that don't know:
Something they want
Something they need
Something they wear
Something they read
Since we get our kids what they need, when they needit, I skipped the need part and got accessories for the doll, extra cars for the track, and memory games for each kid. We also got them three gifts to share. A book, a playhouse (gift in the back), and an outdoor hobby horse.
I'm glad I used the 4 something's as a guideline. I usually go way overboard and this kept me in check.
Oh, my kids are 4(dd) and 2(ds). We did get them a few stocking stuffers. Everything combined was under $160.
