Would you let your three year old eat this?

 My three year old is requesting broccoli, carrots, orange & apple slices for dinner. Would you be okay serving this? Would you add anything?

Sounds like youi have a healthy eater!   Just make sure they are in small pieces.  The broccoli imay make him/her a bit gassy, so don't let them eat too much of it at one time.

I'd add protein.. cheese, or hummus to dip the veggies in, or peanut butter with the apple, or something like that. Otherwise I don't see why you wouldn't give him/her that.

I would probably add a protein if this is for a meal and not just a snack. Or else they'll be hungry again in no time.

Sounds good. I would add a protein. Maybe some cut up baked chicken.

 This child would eat broccoli for every meal if I would let him. Do you think I should offer a white meat? I have chicken & turkey.

 My DD always got 2 fruits, 2 veggies and some protein with every meal. Sounds like a good meal to me!
