Soo....

Why is Dr. Who everywhere now?

Not so much in real life.. but on cafemom? lol

I had never heard of Dr. Who.

Yeah, I know. I had never seen anything about Dr. Who on cafemom before either.
Now suddenly its call boxes every other avi/siggy.

What's the deal? Did they just put it on netflix or something?

Its part of a wannabe geek club. People watch it and then post and talk about it to no end thinking they're an elite and rare breed.

Okay... maybe not really but that's how I see things.

The 50th anniversary was last month (23 Nov). I've been a Doctor Who fan since the mid 80s

It's just a show people really like, the 50th anniversary was just passed.  I've been watching it since the 80's

Who are you to tell someone that what they like is real or acceptable? Yes there maybe be posers, but that's true of anything in the world.

No, but they did just have the 50th anniversary special. It has gotten big lately, but it really is a great show. Ther is a reason it has been around for 50 years and has such a following.

God forbid people like something and want to talk about it with other people. Why does it bother you that people like something? Its not a rare breed, its not elite. Its something that we like and we like to talk about it with like minded people that most likely you can only find online.

Ah okay... did it just restart? or something?

I'm just confused on how I could live my whole life never seeing or hearing about something, and now its all over lol.

Is your geekiness blinding you from reading the last sentence?

Am I not allowed an opinion Mrs. Tardis Traveler?
