I am getting 19 teeth removed tomorrow. And getting my immediate dentures placed. I am scared shitless. I will be put to sleep via IV at a oral surgeons. I want to cry, im only 22 way to fucking young for this. I could only afford the economy dentures at affordable dentures and are affraid they will look like shit, because they are the cheapest. Good god. kill me.

That sucks :( my grandma had a full set of dentures at 22 as well.
Hope they aren't as bad as you think.

I am sorry ,I went through the same thing at 22 ,I had to lose top and bottom teeth ,and my dentures they fit for a few days and then it got to the point of I could no longer wear them .I will never regret having my teeth pulled .You will be fine .GL

I'm 33 and about to go through the same thing. Nope not a meth head and not dirty just a combination of genetics and the fact that I never went to the dentist in my life until I was 22. Good luck I'm sure the new chompers will look great.

Just make sure that once the swelling goes down your dentist is willing to do adjustments as needed to work out all the bad rubbing spots. .  Daily if needed till they fit correctly.

Sorry Mama.

try to keep a positive outlook, do not look back. I am sure that your new dentures will be an improvement over what is being removed. Good luck, stay close to the dentist for adjustments. I have partial dentures and will soon a full upper.
