I just dont know how to go about it. I mean I work part time as a nurse but that is only 2 days a week and I could never afford our house, my car, and to take care of my son on that pay. We own so it is not so easy as renting. Also my son is 3 aand i am 2 1/2 weeks late on my period. i am not on birth control because we wanted a baby. How do I go about this? Ugh.

You want a divorce based on something that might not even be true?

First take a pregnancy test and figure out that situation however you see fit. Then apply for nursing job's everywhere until you find full time work. Then save up money for a few months, then pack your things and leave him

He was texting a escort.

You had unprotected sex with him and trying for a child when you suspected he was cheating?  Or maybe this was a new development?  If you left, you and he would need to figure out what would happen with the home and other assets.  You would also probably have to pick up more shifts unless he was paying enough in child support and alimony to support you to remain home that much.  The first step is confronting him about cheating unless you feel you will gain more info bu letting it happen and biding your time.  Check phone bills and emails and whatever else you have passwords too.  Watch the bank accounts and slowly stash money away for the future if you can.

Oh you are the OP of the escort post? Ok, well start by picking up more shifts at work, save money, then file for divorce. Oh, and take a pregnancy test.

What did he say when you confronted him about the escort?
