What foods really set the holiday mood for you and your family? For us I would say fudge, sausage balls, cutout cookies with royal icing and chex mix, plus holiday dinner staples like stuffing and ham. Share the foods that fill your house with holiday spirit.

I've never heard of those. Can you give a brief description?

My stepmom posted on fb that she is making a fruitcake, and we will be there for Christmas. I'm afraid, lol.

Not really food but gingerbread latte (no whipped cream though), peppermint candies, and lots of soup!

I always make my Nana's fudge, which has peanut butter and chocolate. Last year someone requested fudge without PB, so I attempted the fantasy fudge. I don't know what happened, but it turned out terribly! My guess is that I overcooked it.

I'm weird about nuts being in things. I like them on their own, but not imbedded in things. But there was peach brandy involved, which might make it tolerable, lol.
