Could you live on $5200 a month?

I am going going back to work in the start of Feburary after maternity leave. Unfortunately I will only be able to work 4 days a week due to compulsary university classes on Thursdays. Thankfully due to working sundays and getting penalty rates I'll get paid for 9 days biweekly.

We'll be earning about $5200 a month before bonuses and overtime. Rent is currently $1500 but will be going up to $1800. There is no possibility of moving to a cheaper area as there simply isn't one. Daycare will be $840 a month for both kids. Car loan is $281 biweekly. Utilities are about $250 a month.

I probably couldn't live on it where you live, but I could where I live.  I am surviving off a net of 1,654 a month.  $5200 would be wonderful.

yes, we currently live on a lot less. We live on $3200 a month. It is a struggle, but we are doing it. $5200 would let us live comfortably. Of course both kids are in school, but we have school lunches and breakfasts to pay for as well as pictures, we do book orders, etc

On our current bills no.  If we scaled down, yes.
