Were Mary and Joseph married?

Did Jesus ever marry? I honestly have no idea. I was born Jewish and am not religious at all. I have heard so many answers on this topic. Can anyone explain the situation?

I find fascinating the theory that Mary Magdalene was Jesus' wife.  I first heard of this from the novels by Dan Brown and the movie "The Da Vinci File".

A virgin or supernatural birth is not an uncommon idea in ancient religions.

So, immaculate conception is real? Why has it never happened again?

No to your title question

And yes, they married after Mary got pregnant with Jesus.

And I don't know, there were rumors about Mary Magdalene.

Not necessarily real.  People believe all sorts of things about religions.  It doesn't make them real.  It just means people believe it.

No, Mary and Joseph performed the sacrament of the bridal chamber and created a Christ.
