im very sick, no help from the dr, maybe you know?

I am 29 year old female (of course) I have been pretty sick off and on for the last year. At this point, Dr's are pretty clueless, it doesn't help when you don't have medical insurance. I can't afford all of the testing and referrals.
It started a few months after ds ( 3yrs) was born. I would occasionally get symptoms that seemed like extreme morning sickness, lifke xs 10, that would come and go. Eventually, the symptoms like morning sickness would come more, and more often, and would last for days. It got to the point where I could no longer eat, I was always exhausted. This is when the leg and back pains started. I saw a dr, who said it was just H pylori (stomach infection) and he prescribed the iradication treatment. I took 3 antibiotics, prylosec (sp?) And pepto bismol. This actually helped for a short while. Then the symptoms came back worse than ever. I have been tested for h pylori several times, all of which were negative. I have tried many alternative therapies and home remedies with no help. At this point, I am in extreme pain, upper stomach area and sometimes to the left side of my stomach above navel. I am so nauseous, food makes it worse, sometimes it makes it better, but I am usually afraid to eat. Headaches, diarrhea, I literally have to poop 10 minutes after eating. Weak, anxiety, depression, leg pain, lower back pain. Now, I am getting these nasty sores or skin lesions all over my face, neck and shoulders I am having vision trouble that comes and goes. The best way i can describe it is, it hurts to see. It hurts to focus and to move my eyes. I have a dry cough, and frequent bladder infections. I have to lay down alot. I can't take care of my ds. My house is a wreck. I ran out of my pain medication, tramadol because the symptoms have gotten worse over this last week. My dr called in a new prescription, but the stupid pharmacist refused to refill it until Saturday. So, my pain is pretty bad. I just want to say that this is not because I am out of pain medication. I am not going through any withdrawal or anything. I have gone many times without my tramadol and I never have any problems not taking it.
Anyway, please forgive me for all of my spelling and grammar mistakes. I feel that bad.
Does anyone know what this could be? Does anyone else feel this way? Please, I need advice other than see a dr, because I have done that. We are in the process of looking for help, we are trying to buy health insurance, but it's taking a really long time to get approved, even though they have absolutely no problem taking our money lol.
Thanks for reading and happy holidays café mom !

Yes, I do need that procedure. I desperately need to see a specialist. As far as I know all of my blood work comes back nnorma. I will call the office a week after going to the lab and they always say they nurse will call back and she never does. My dr says everything looks normal. I should finally have health insurance pretty soon.

It sounds like you need an endoscopy, where they look down your throat into your stomach (done with sedation, of course!).  Are your blood counts ok, liver studies, etc?

Oh geez.  Well, I feel they need to look at YOU, not your blood tests, because something is obviously very wrong.  I'm sorry you're feeling so sick!  I used to work for a Dr. that said:  "If you listen to a patient long enough, they will diagnose themselves".  I've never forgotten that.  You need to find a good listener, and someone willing and interested in what's going on here.

They do! I completely agree! I can believe a dr would say that....I'm surprised but I believe it. What did he even mean? That's terrible.
The only reason I still see that dr is because he only charges me 35$ with no insurance. You get what you pay for.

I'm not a doctor, but that sounds like what I had when I was having problems with my gallbladder.
