I work the same shift too. I make myself comfy on her bedroom floor while she plays with toys or watches cartoons in her room. I have a gate up instead of locking door. Shes 3

There's always teenagers looking for a babysitting job.

Well here is the thing, I work 10 pm- 6:30 am , husband leaves about 7:15 am to work and drop our other 2 kids off to school. She wakes up about 8:00am, i am just trying to fall to sleep. I go down stairs and get her breakfast and we have a TV and sofa in our room and i lay there while she watches cartoons , after shes done she goes and lays with me if not plays with the barbies and barbie house.

Kids always like to make mommy happy. Try giving her a coloring book or something and ask her to make mommy a really cool suprise for you while your napping. The thought of making something to make you happy might make her concentrate and spend a good amount of time on it
