Would you give $200 to a random person??

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post

Say you're at a store and you have a random $200 extra bucks and you're Christmas spirit says to give it to someone in that store.

So you wander for a few looking for someone to give it to.

What kinds of things about a person would you look for in deciding if they were deserving of the money?

Ratty shoes?

Dishelveled looks?

Food stamp card??

I probably would. I can't honestly say what type of things I would look for. When I look at someone it's the feeling I get inside of me that decided if I help or not if I can.

Because the lower middle class and middle class has its struggles and always gets shafted. They don't qualify for any assistance yet pay plenty in taxes. I'd like to give to someone who works hard yet doesn't make all that much and never gets any help.

Quoting Anonymous:

Why? What about them would make you think they could use $200?

Quoting anotherhalf: I'd look for a nicely dressed (not pricey) mom or an elderly person.

I would buy food and clothes...not randomly give $200 out.

Quoting Anonymous:

Why not?

Quoting Anonymous: I wouldn't give that amount of money away.

No, I would not give away money like that. Maybe $50, but not $200. That's almost my house payment.

What about someone walking around in a store would make you think they need cheering up?

Quoting Gardeningmom4: I'd probably look for someone who seemed to need some cheering up.

LOL.

Quoting lalaboosh: I'd look for someone spending a lot of time selecting gifts, maybe comparing prices and putting things back before putting an item in their cart. I'd swoop in and say, "Santa wants you to go big this year. " stick it in their hands and RUN AWAAAY! Lol.

How was I being a bitch? Did I say something me to or about you?

Quoting Anonymous:

This is just hypothetical, you don't have to be a bitch about it.

Quoting ButterMeUp:

Fuck no.

I would look for someone who was on a budget. Like calculator and list out in the aisle.
