I'm scared....

I went into the hospital 2 days ago and found out I have bronchitis and I'm pregnant. We weren't trying. We were trying not to have another baby for at least 2 more years. Our youngest is almost 2. I wanted more time fore my body to heal from the last birth and be able to have a v2bac. Now I'm scared I'm going to have to have another c section.

To clarify, neither c section was needed..the first was an ass dr wanting me to give birth on HER time, and us being uneducated. The second we were told there was a 5% chance of my uterus rupturing if I tried to push him out, and it scared us.

Help!

I've had 3 sections, not too bad.  Good luck!

I hated mine. Especially the first one. Bitch wanted me to heal "as naturally as possible" and wouldn't prescribe anything higher than a Tylenol 3. The second wasn't as bad, I just don't want to do it again. I want to birth my child the way the body is intended to

My doctor won't even consider a vbac after 2 sections.  There were 8 years between the second and the third child.  If I wanted to try it I would've had to switch doctors.  The good news was, recovery was a breeze.  My nerve ending were so dead from the previous c's that I had hardly any pain at all.

2 moms liked this

Sweetheart, after two c-sections, I don't know many doctors who would allow anything but another C-section. Don't put too much stock in how the baby gets brought into this world, just be grateful that you will have a healthy baby....
