Who smooshes their face into their mattress when they sleep?
If so, how did you stop it?
My baby is 6 months old and a tummy sleeper. She likes to press her face into the mattress and it drives me crazy.

My little one is nine months and has always preferred sleeping on her tummy versus her back or side. It used to scare me to death that she was going to suffocater herself sleeping the way she did and I would be up endless amounts of time in the middle of the night checking on her to makesure she was okay. Luckily now she is at the point of siting up independently and pulling up on stuff so I feel better about it knowing she can switch positions and move around a lot better. I would think at six months it would be okay cause yours should be able to lift head and move if need be. Im not sure what you can do to stop it...just keep a close eye out. Luckily the risk of SIDS goes down by quite a bit once they reach the age of 6 months so that should at least help you sleep a little better at night :)
