He won't let me go!

I am in the third trimester of my pregnancy and I am so unhappy. My husband is so verbally abusive. I cry myself to sleep often because I just want out. I am a sahm with a 3 year old. My husband says he wouldn't sign separation or divorce papers. He is active duty Navy. I know he will make it so hard for me. I don't even know where to go from here. I will have $500 on the 1st that's about it. I feel trapped. If it wasn't for my kids, I would probably just go off the deep end.

Talk to a lawyer. There are ways around him refusing to sign.

Make plans to get out yesterday. While you do that, record the things he says to you. If need be, get the police to help you move out. Good luck.

Just because he won't sign the papers doesn't mean it won't happen.

This.  There has to be someone in his chain of command you can talk to about this that can help.  Or maybe one of the chaplains.  Good Luck

def call a lawyer, just because he won't sign doesn't mean a divorce won't go through.
