Does anyone have lopsided breasts. curious if it affects confidence, body image etc. and or breastfeeding.

Yes, a full cup size difference. And no it doesn't effect my confidence, body image, or breast feeding.

My left is almost a whole cup size larger than my right.

Doesn't cause me any issues.

Not that big of a difference but it is common.

Mine were the same until I nursed my son. My right one produces more milk so when it gets full or large for any reason it gets bigger but it's not too noticeable. It doesn't really bother me.

Any ideas on how to deal with breasts that are 2-3 cup sizes different mainly have issues when swimming i can't swim without feeling extremely self conscious to the point i don't enjoy swimming before puberty i loved swimming makes me sad that i can't enjoy teaching my kids to swim

It affects all of the above, but surprisingly, not breast feeding. I had a huge difference like I looked like a 10 yr old on one side and had a b cup on the other. I got it fixed, finally, and I love it!
