Against Medical Advice

I think anyone who goes against medical advice for a child/ren. Deserves a jail sentence. If refusal of medical care. Leads to harm or death in the child/ren. The medical care was needed for.

I think a PKU blood heel draw. The vitamin K shot. And enough blood collected from the infant's vein, to test for early symptoms of infection/s. Should be a mandatory process of newborn infants. Before discharge from a medical establishment is allowed. This way we might save more newborns lives.

In that case, prescriptions and treatments that result in death or disability should have required jail sentences as well.

Disagree...as a parent I want the right to choose and get other opinions to make the best possible decision for my child.

What about when it's medical advice to abort your baby?

From how this is written it appears you feel like medical neglect resulting in harm or death should be punishable by the law......which it is.

I am having difficulty understanding if your thought on newborn testing is related to your first thought.
