Has anyone used one of these to work out? It seems like it would be a fun workout. I think its called rebounding.

I've read that trampolines are INCREDIBLE sources of workout. It's good on your knees and it gives your body spurts of anti-gravity which is really good for your skin, bones, joints, etc.

We have a big trampoline. I'm an ex-gymnast, so of course I love it.

I used to take a rebouning class at the gym.  Thought I would die :)  It is a good workout.  Try it

How long did your workout last? Was it hard to stay balanced?

i was thinking of getting one for my kids to play on but I also though about how fun it would be.  Jumping rope you can burn 10 calories per minute and at least this is low impact and you can still jump rope while doing it depending how coordinated you are.  I might have to buy 2 since my kids will probably fight over it!
