Then we got a complaint of a leaking pipe, my husband met the plummer after leaving work early to fix the pipe only to find the renters had drilled a hole int the wall through the pipe, so that means they lose their deposit. He also found it in bad condition, and lots of new added thjgs shelves etc. Which is also supposed to be ran by us via the lease. So we started the eviction processes before our home ends up destroyed.
Well we went out of town for New Years, and a neighbor to the property calls asking why we are selling the home, I asked what she was talking about, she said there is a for sale by owner sign up outside of the house. We rush back and sure enough there is we photgraph it, and my husband calls our lawyer and then the police, we are charging them with fraud.
These assholes were going to try and sell our house! They guy eevn admitted to it, then his moms pised we won't drop charges, and she has the kids now because they are both in jail.
Turns out they had done this before, but were never charged.
