yes we are in agreement.

We had this discussion before we got together about it actually and we both agreed on things, or if we didn't agree on anything specific we'd find an even compromise.

 Not always. It's been one of our biggest battles. He is authoritarian and I'm not.

Nothing we can't or haven't worked through though.

yes so far, hes only 15 months so not much discipline going on yet.

Yes. We both agree on what we would like our parenting to look like. We each have our own unique struggles with our parenting however.

Yes we are!  There are certain things that we will differ to the other about, but yup, for the most part we are all on the same page

99.9% of the time. If we're not we don't undermine the other in front of our son. We find subtle ways to halt the situation and then discuss it.
