Stuebenville Boy Accused of Rape

He was released from juvenile detention yesterday. His release comes earlier than his original sentence called for.
Coincidentally I watched a tv show on ID Discovery called, On the Case with Paula Zahn
After hearing everything, and one of the boys involved and several witnesses, I can confidently say that she is responsible for what happened to her. The boys went to far by her own urging. She told her own friends that she was leaving with a particular boy no matter what. She voluntarily party hopped with them all over town....
Basically I have no sympathy for her whatsoever. You can't get stinking drunk along with boys as drunk as herself and have remorse about it afterward. She was embarrassed? I would to if I behaved like she did.

Yeah, she totally wanted to go.  No, the boys were NOT as drunk as her. No where near it. I know there was a youtube video they made where they openly use the word rape and crack a few death jokes and laugh about pissing on her. They also made several coherent tweets through out the night such as "Whores deserved to be pissed on." "Song of the night, Rape by Nirvana" etc. This girl didn't even know what all had happened until she saw the video of the whole thing because one of the boys put it on a porn site.

I watched the same show, and didn't get that at all. I don't care how drunk she was, they had no right violating her. Besides, she had a crush or whatever on the ONE boy. Highly doubt she wanted to be abused by multiples. Party hopping does not equal 'gang bang' at the end of the night.

Accused? You mean convicted.

And I'm glad you think that a girl/woman getting drunk with people she thought were her friends is a free pass for them to rape her and record it.

She didn't say no. She just kept going from party to party
A few people wanted to take her home. She became angry and flatly refused. She's as responsible.

Ugh. That photo makes my stomach turn. And seeing those assholes smiling like they won a prize. Disgusting.

She's responsible for getting drunk. She's not responsible for someone else's actions (Such as these boys' actions of KNOWING she was totally 100% passed out (They openly laugh and talk about it) and using her body as they please.)
