If you spend two hours digging out you're parking spot  do you think you have the right to put chairs or etc to save you re spot.I ask because my hubby spent over 2 hours digging our car out we put out lawn chairs and someone threw them in the street and took our spot  i think it's only fair that if you dig out that spot its you'res,whats you re opinion??

No, it doesn't work like that.  You dug your car out to get it out, you don't get to save the spot until you come back unless you own the spot.

Street parking is public parking, there is no saving spots

Nope.We have on street parking and we live next to some businesses and people always take our spots. Even though there is a perfectly fine parking lot for the businesses. It's annoying but we live with it.. Someone has to plow it anyways,right?

No. I don't think they should throw the chairs around, but you can't save a spot that isn't yours to save.

Two hours is a lot of time for one parking spot my whole driveway takes less time than that! How much snow did you get?

Yeah, it sucks but you can't "save spots"
