is there a way to up your chances of having twins??? this will be my last baby we plan on TTC in the spring. and my husband has said many times he would love twins so we could have 3 children .

the reason this will be my last is this will be my second c section and my doctor reccomend stopping after that .

I've had 4 classical incision c sections. I was told after my 4thmh uterus was fine if we wanted a 5th. I would get a second opinion. I was concerned with 4 sections (i asked if it was ok before getting pregnant) and i was told 3-4 was "normal". I don't know how to increase twin rates but I would get another opinion on only 2.

Extra folic acid, start TTC immediately after coming off birth control.  Thats how i got mine.  Although i wasnt trying to and didnt know those two things contributed majorly to the twin factor.  Nobody on either side of our families has twins.

Google soy isoflavones. I took it for a bit and ended up with twins, they might be identical though in which case it's just a coincidence.

My ob/gyn said 4 csections for me. I've had 3 c sections.
