27W preggo, exhausted but CAN'T SLEEP.

I'm 27w pregnant with #4. I am EXHAUSTED. My problem? Though I'm exhuasted, I can't sleep at night! I had SPD with my last 2 pregnancies and of course have it with this one, too, so that's the sucky cherry on top.

I don't get up to pee. I don't get up to drink. I just can't seem to fall asleep and STAY asleep. I drink my tea at night. I have a warm bath to relax. I have my comfy pj's on and still...nada. I do have pain in my hips/pelvis but I don't feel that's what's keeping me up.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks a bunch!

Same here. Doc told me on nights I couldn't sleep and my hips & pelvis were hurting that I could take Tylenol PM, since it's basicalkly just tylenol with benadryl in it.

You are allowed to take Benydryl to help you sleep when you are pregnant.

Exactally what I took. Helped with the discomfort and to sleep. I have 3 perfectly healthy kids and took it all 3 times.

Have you tried eating a banana before bed?

I'm 21 weeks and in the same boat. Earlier I randomly passed out for 20 minutes, felt SO good. But I know I'll be up until at least 2 or 3. And having to be up at 6 isn't really working for me these days.
