Mail Help. If you can!

Im soooo tired of getting my moms mail when she doesn't live here!! She didn't ask my permission to even use my address!!

So i am wondering how do i stop her mail from coming here without having to call all these places she's getting mail from?? Do i go to the main post office and stop it there?

All I've been doing is leaving it in the mailbox and putting the flag up. They take it but more keeps coming of course.

Im not on speaking terms with this woman and don't feel like calling her about her mail because i know it will just end up her yelling at me.. AGAIN..with a whole bunch of nonsense that has nothing to do with the main reason why i called.

return the mail, write a note to the mailman, person does not live here.

Write "Return to sender" on the front. Then on the back write that there is no one by that name there.
Eventually they get the hint.

I would call your local postmaster. Or go up to the poser office and let them know that this person doesn't live there anymore and you have no way of contacting that person.

Write on the mail "not at this address". The post office will send it back to the sender, they will see that and stop sending it.
If you know her address, put in a change of address form.

Write "not at this address" on her mail & put it back in your mailbox. Got to the post office & write a list of names of the people who do recieve mail at your address. I have done this before & it stopped the unwanted mail. A change of address has to be done by the person getting the mail. I was told by the post office that it would be a federal offense to do a change of address for them.
