I got servered with papers. My ex wants full custody of dd. I live at home.  He lives with his grandma. He works and goes to college full time. I am in college also. I have lupus and ms. Im currently looking for work. Im not sure i can even do online college but im trying. He never sees dd and he doesnt pay support. Will he win??

He doesnt see her and doesnt pay anything but expects to prove you're unfit? He knows how stupid he is, right?

He would have to prove you unfit, as in abusive and neglectful. The fact that he doesn't pay CS or see her will not help his case unless you have been keeping her from him. It sounds like he is just trying to get out of paying CS.

How old is your daughter btw and how long has he went withput seeing her?

i always told him he is free to see her whenever but to call first.

It's sad but there is a chance if his overall circumstances are better.

15 months and been a few months now but before that he would see her about once a month.

It's possible. He has the support of his mother, he's healthy, he works & goes to school.  You have physical limitations, you don't work, you don't go to school.

If you have a dad friendly judge, you could be in trouble.

And just to play devil's advocate, how can you take care of a child if you can't even do online classes---which involves exactly what you're doing now, sitting in front of the computer.  Funny how you can get on CM and post but you can't do online classes.
