Do you consider this dishonest?

I was at the grocery store and saw someone from my DD's school, not someone I'm friends with just someone I've seen in passing. So we started talking and she had some vitamins in her hand and I said Oh I need Vitamins I forgot to put on my list thanks for the reminder. She said I don't really need the vitamins but I have a coupon for $5.00 off 2 so I will buy them and return in a few days.  They will give me the price of the vitamins and they don't know I used a coupon. My jaw must have dropped because she said its not dishonest they get the money from the manufactuer anyways. I was surprised this is nothing I would have ever thought of doing. Is this something you have done or would do?

No, I wouldn't do that. But that's just me. I know some people who would, though.

Yes it's dishonest. And if she has time to do stuff like that, she needs a hobby.

I think it is.  I would never do it because I just think it is a form of stealing.  She will always struggle financially if she treats businesses that way.

This is what I was thinking LOL. Even if I remembered to do something like that I don't have the time to go all the way back, not worth the time or gas.
