Can the foodstamp office pull up old documents?

I have been off of pa for years but due to circumstance I have to apply for stamps. I can't find all the birth certificates but we had them last time we applied can they pull them up?

I'm not sure but I know you're supposed to keep the cards they give you. So they probably do still have all your info depending on how long it's been. Idk for sure though.

They've always had our info on file when we've applied in the past.

One would expectt to all be on a computer some where. How long ago was it. You will at least have to have SSI numbers . I'd call and ask.

Typically, if it has been more than a year since you were off assistance, they will want to see all your records again. Birth Certificates, SSC, (sometimes) Marriage Certificates... They will also want the other papers such as proof of address, bills, etc. That's how they do it here, at least.
