Why I've had a migraine off and on for a week now. Seriously. Stupid migraine won't stay gone. Started my period. That explains it. Ugh.

Don't have anything stronger than ibuprofen. And chocolate triggers my migraines. Hoping now that I've started I'll get some relief.

Take 2 tea bags that have a staple in them. Take off one staple....

put in :

1/4 teaspoon of:

garlic

cinnamon

ginger

cloves

nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon of

cayenne pepper.

Steep and make the tea as usual, adding sugar or honey to sweeten.

Then eat some chocolate, and take 2 pain relievers.

This should take care of the migraine.

This also helps to get rid of cramps if you get them. I use this all the time. The combination of all of those things, gets rid of the pain for an entire day. I get migraines. It works for me.

AND it doesn't taste bad.

Good luck.

I've been dealing with migraines since I was little. But it's always nice to learn new tricks and tips. Thanks!

Yeah. I was diagnosed when I was 13 I believe.

You're welcome.

It's mostly natural except for the pain relievers. Oh and if you eat dark chocolate it's better, as there are more natural pain relievers in it. And more antioxidants (so healthier *giggles*)
