I'm a real mom, with real faults

I'm a mother of 3. One on the way. My youngest share a room. (Garage is being converted for our expanding family) my kids don't wear designer clothes. I don't feed them organic food, but it is home made, not boxed. I hate doing homework with my middle child. I keep a clean home, not a magazine perfect home. I have laundry to do and floors to mop. I'm not perfect, but I do my best. I love my family.

I love the site for the real moms, the real support.

Tell me about your faults :)

We are all real moms with faults.

Even the ones who feed their kids all organic, have spotless homes and love doing homework with their children.

This is the wrong place for that! Lol.
I am not perfect either.
I have sometimes very tough expectations, I buy some organic, but not all.
I am not 100% against fast-food. A happy meal once a month is no big deal.
I too have laundry to do, toys currently spread on my living room floor.
I struggle with letting go and being "silly mom", but I try.
I struggle with patience with my daughters attitude.
So that's me, flaws and all!

Too many to count. But I love my kids, give the everything they need and do my best every day. That's all we can do.

My house is no where near magazine perfect. I do make everything from scratch, but nothing is organic. I do not even ask my kids about their homework, but they make straight A's so I don't worry. And I am a screamer. Having all girls did that to me.

A lot of the posts aren't along the lines of "I know I'm not perfect,   I'm just doing my best" they're trying to make the case  that best isn't best.     It's reasonable to debate that.      A lot of posts are baiting for disagreement.     It's disingenuous to do that and then whine about people who disagree.

I see your point.

My intentions here are to feel a sense of community with others like me.

Genuinely not trying to stir the pot.

I've never been caught up on laundry.. sometimes dishes never seem to be caught up either.

I let my DS watch tv while I'm working on schoolwork.

I'm sure theres a million more but I'm too scatterbrained to think of them.. another fault, I'm never organized.
