Does anyone have access to a Battelle Developmental Inventory 2nd Edition Examiner's manual?

My son (18 months) just had his 2nd screening and it was determined he no longer needs EI services. I got a copy of the screening form in the mail today with his scores but it wasn't completely filled out. She left his "Total Screening Score" and "Age Equivalent" blank. I've tried searching online. I know I need access to the Examiner's Manual Appendix A to fill that out, but I can't find a copy online. Does anyone have one?

I would go back to her and have them fill that out. As legally they have to have that filled out at the time...

At least as far as I know. I would force them to finish their job (or actually do the job properly) I would be a pest about it too. Every day a few times a day if not every hour on the hour.

I don't have one. Sorry.

Good luck momma.
