Dinner Plans?

Well, I just made 8 cups of rice (8 cups uncooked). Part of dinner is done, I hope. I want fried rice, but need to get it dried up a little in the next few hours so we can use it. It's spread out and cooling off in the cold back room/entry (super cold out there so I need to stir it and make sure it doesn't freeze). LOL!

Do you know what your doing for dinner tonight?

I've got a ton of pasta sauce I made last night I need to use, so some sort of pasta bake probably.

How much does your grocery bill usually run with such a large family?

We are having ham, mashed potatoes, and corn.

We just throw a bunch of veggies in with eggs and soy sauce (going meatless tonight). I love using some hot chili oil and sometimes Yoshidas sauce, but were out. :( I might make a little teriyaki sauce. Not sure.

I need to make a trip to the Chinese market next week when we go to the city.

Dh is my fried rice guy. I leave it up to him. I'm the sous chef for this one. ;)
