Is there something wrong with me? I don't miss my "babies"

My sister recently posted a picture on Facebook with her one year old with the caption "I know I'm going to miss this someday...a lot" and it, of course got a bunch of the "these are the best years" "I miss my babies" etc.

The thing is...I hated when my kids were babies.  I couldn't wait for them to be able to talk/walk and just be more independent. I really don't enjoy them until they reach about 5-7.  My youngest is 5 and I don't miss any of my children's babyhoods.  In fact, I can't wait till they're all old enough to have real conversations with. My oldest is 14 and I LOVE the age.

Are there more women out there like me?  I really don't understand the whole baby fever thing or going mushy over a newborn.  After about 5 minutes you've pretty much seen it all.

My kids are 26 and 28 and I never missed the baby stage once they got older.

I wanted 2, I had 2 and I was over it.

Im loving the 3/4 so far. Shes old enough to do fun things and learn with me, but not old enough to really have much of an opinion on anything.

I truly have loved all stages...they all have their pros and cons, but overall I have loved getting to mother all my kids at every age. I will say that I had very easy going babies and that probably made a difference. If I had a really collicky unhappy baby then I probably wouldn't have loved the baby stage.

I don't enjoy babies so much. Give me a 3.5 year old on up.

Same here.  I am not a baby person...never was.

I didn't hate the baby stage, but I don't miss it.

I liked the baby stage but I'm really not a fan of the toddler stage. My oldest is 6 and I have Friends that have children that are 8-10yrs old. I think the "child" stage is my favorite stage.

I can understand missing the baby stage. Things are simpler then
