Is abc mouse worth it?

My dd will be 3 next month. She's getting an ipad for her birthday (bash away ladies) I'm thinking about getting her a subscription to abc mouse to go along with it but is it really worth 79.00???

I know they offer a free trial but right now all I have is the computer and my dd is not interested in the computer at. I was wondering if you have a subscription or tried it is it worth it? Thanks.

My son loves it. He has really improved on counting, puzzles, and letter recognition since.

I'd recommend starfall instead. $35 for the whole year, and super cute renditions of nursery rhymes and counting songs. We loved them so much we bought the CDs from their store and play them for circle time :)

We prefer readingeggs.com. I think it's easier for younger kids to use. DS started using it at 3.

Come to think of it though, we haven't tried abcmouse in a while. DS is now 6 and reading above level and more advanced in math then his kindergarten class.
