Sometimes there's a reason most of that is true but a lot of times it's just BS

Some women are weak. Or do not realize they are strong enough to do so due to being emotionally beaten down.

Some women treat pregnancy like a damn disability.

I mostly put my exercise routine on hold during pregnancy. It starts to become very uncomfortable during my second trimesters. I didn't need to do any of those other things during my second and third pregnancies. I did try to find a better job when I was pregnant with my first, but I didn't. I found a job at the same pay grade I was working before hand.

I don't run anymore, I walk, because I started to get bad cramps down low and didn't think it was wise to continue. What do you care anyway? I think it's annoying when people who have abnormally hard pregnancies complain about everyone else. Err on the side of caution and don't do risky things if you are trying to care for your unborn child.

I'm currently 21 weeks and I'm increasing weight on my deadlift and back press. My bench press is lacking though.
