I live in North Carolina and My son's dad passed away, and he went over to his grandmohers on his dad's said well they told him to his face I was stupid. MY question is does anyone know about the rights does she have any?

She has none(i think). They shouldn't be able to sue you for custody or anything. Bump for someone more educated on the subject
