Weight watchers was a great start, but it got repetitive after a few months and I got bored.
I've just restarted (I got lazy, depressed, etc and dropped off, not WW, life made me this way). Lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks, never felt deprived. Check out all the recipes for variety so you don't get bored.
