My SIL went from the 150's to 125. She also works out 4-5 days a week.
I lost 50 pounds on it several years ago, before they changed the system. I am doing it now, but I do not pay their monthly fee. I downloaded a great app that has everything from the barcode reader to the meal builder for just 3.99. I do not eat special WW foods, I eat food that I cook at home and I even go out and eat. I couldn't do a diet that was something restrictive like Nutrisystem or something. I want a lifestyle, not a diet.
