does weight watchers work?

That's a diet I've never tried and I was curious if there were success stories.

My SIL went from the 150's to 125. She also works out 4-5 days a week.

I didn't find it very helpful. Basically, they just tell you to eat less. I guess they provide support, but for me, talking to someone about being hungry doesn't make me less hungry.

There is an app for weight watchers. It does work as long as you count points daily. I lost 50 pounds on it. I would highly suggest that you do meetings and online if it is your first go around.

I lost 50 pounds on it several years ago, before they changed the system. I am doing it now, but I do not pay their monthly fee. I downloaded a great app that has everything from the barcode reader to the meal builder for just 3.99. I do not eat special WW foods, I eat food that I cook at home and I even go out and eat. I couldn't do a diet that was something restrictive like Nutrisystem or something. I want a lifestyle, not a diet.
