With this crazy weather in Texas my electric bill has been high. This last one came out to 300. Now, I'm wondering if I'm the only one that's paying this much.

last month it was 212, this month its 374!!!!!!!! I about died because nothing changed except that I turned the heat down to 70 and that's where it stays when it's cold.  The only other thing I could think of is our water froze and we kept the heat on and all of the vents open, on top of having a fire burning to get it to unfreeze a little quicker.

Electric 70 and gas 85. When we lived in an all electric manufactured however, it went up to 450 in the winter,

Around $80 usually but I'm in an apartment so it's not a large area to heat.  Air conditioning is a lot more expensive.

No, you are not alone.  I live in Ohio and our last bill was $350, almost three times as much as it is normally.

I'm in Illinois and we have had -30 weather. My house is so Drafty even after trying to seal up what I could. My latest bill was 150! Almost gasped. My bill is usually about 80 bucks. I have a decent sized house. I hate this cold ass weather, I am cold even with my heat cranked!
