So shes 16 months old. She always been a shy baby never really laughed or make a bunch of noise shed babble sure but it was quiet and shed always smile. Basically shes a quiet happy child. She never was much of a sleeper and was one to have small portions of foods all day instead of meals. Well the past 3 weeks shes been sleeping a lot more and eating a ton of food like now i can make a meal and shed eat it and have tiny snacks if she got hungry. She not a quiet child anymore shes so bubbly and talks now and laughs and just runs around extremely happy.  im happy yes but its just came from the left field.

Sounds like she is going through a growth spurt. If she is happy then I wouldn't worry about it. Enjoy it!

Maybe she's just now coming into her own.  As long as she's happy and healthy I wouldn't put too much thought into it
