 I am going to make:

Baked Chicken

Twice Baked Potatos

French Bread

And Corn!

I've been on a diet, and tonight is my cheat night.

Although I use "fat free sour cream, reduced fat cheddar cheese and turkey bacon in my twice baked taters"

 That sounds delish!

What kind of cheese do you use?

Yummy. Something like that would be perfect here with the weather we've been getting.

We eat at church on Wednesdays. tonight's meal is chicken noodle or vegetable soup with grilled cheese. They also have spinach salad with raspberry vinegarette, and a dessert.

I made ground beef, pasta, tomatoes and onions, all mixed together. And dinner rolls. Cucumbers on the side.
