Well for the last three days I had pain in the area where my left ovary would be. And now the other side hurts and it's getting words. I went to the doctor and they said it was a UTI and that they found blood in my urine. This is my first time having a UTI but I thought it's supposed to hurt when I pee? Or are there different symptoms?

I had a uti recently and I didn't have pain when I peed. I just had lots of internal pain. I took antibiotics and it went away.

If it's not a severe infection I don't always have pain when peeing. I always have cramping type pains in my lower stomach though. Hope the antibiotics take care of your problems.
