havent slept in 4 days... help...

I haven't been able to sleep in 4 days & I'm not sure why unless it's the Dayquil I took, but I only took 1/2 doses cause it makes me dizzy.

So basically I lay there with my eyes shut all night but can't sleep.

What can I do to get to sleep? Am I gonna die from this? Like will it give me a heart attack or something? I'm really freaked out.

Stop taking the Dayquil.

Try sleepy time tea at night. I've heard it works. Never tried it myself though.

Nice hot shower?

I haven't taken any Dayquil today Cuz I felt a bit better. I'm gonna try benadryl & eating a big meal maybe that will help.
