So now that we are moving into a nice big house with two toilets I want to potty train the cats and hopefully get rid of the disgusting litter box.

So if you've already done it do you have any advice? I saw a do it yourself idea where you get an aluminum baking pan and tape it to the inside of the toilet and I'm thinking of going that route rather than buying the actual kits out there.

My friend just potty trained her kitten. She started with keeping the litter box in the bathroom next to the toilet, then moved it into the toilet under the seat (I think she just had a small box for this but I'm not sure) and then got rid of the box entirely. It was about a week of training, I believe.

I have never done this. It would be pretty hilarious to see a cat use the toilet though.
