Options:

HELL no I would wonder to much what he was doing without me around

HELL NO

it would be hard but I would deal with it.

A family should ALWAYS be together no matter how many hardships it causes.

Last time we did it was for 6 weeks and created a SHIT load of problems. One major reason is he was always to busy to talk to me. Example one day I was trying to talk to him. His excuse to not talk to me? "I need to go use the hot tub" WTF?? Using a hot tub is more important than me when we never see each other and yes then I was raising his 4 kids too and HUGELY pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. He also was almost never home. He was always out eating or partying with other people.

He wants us to move this summer and he wants to wait to move up with us until our home sells.

that is how I feel. My DH wants me to move ahead of him until our home sells which as many people know can take a VERY VERY long time and leave me to raise 6 kids without him. 4 of which have NO biological connection to me.

I have. While it is difficult it can be done.

No way.

He couldn't either.

We'd be miserable.

I wouldn't want to be away from my husband that long....it would have nothing to do with raising the children on my own, I already raise the children on my own, he's a truck driver and is gone all week.

No way! I hate when DH travels for work...usually for 1-2 weeks at a time.
