I understand the people in the south worrying but i live in Maine ffs.
Get used to it or gtfo.

plus i feel like we survived the ice storm of 1998, we can deal with getting a foot of snow tomorrow.

My only complaint is that I have to go to work in this crap even though there will be no children (I work in a school).

I'm good with it as long as we have power.

Don't know about Maine but my area hasn't had any melt off since late November and have had over 100 inches this season. So I can handle the complaints.

We've had a pretty easy Winter in CO, but the ladies at work b*tch every single time there is a flake of snow. It drives me crazy. Move to Florida if you hate it so much.

I moved to SC from PA to get away from snow and ice.  We just had our second ice storm in two weeks.  You are damn right I am whiny!

lol More than fair enough. We only worry because we live in the mountains in NC and the roads get treacherous.
